WOW! Just got a copy of American Quilt Retailer in the mail. I found Legacy Patterns in there 4 times. I knew one pattern was in their Quilt Market review (pic#2) Dwellings was made using Shibori from Anthology Fabrics. I also added a pic from the Anthology booth at market where the quilt was displayed.(pic#1) Shows my new pattern Anna's Runner using my new fabric line Redwork meets Bluework with RJR Fabrics. I also found an article on fabric folding (pic#3) the fabric on the right is from my line Little Big Quilts with RJR Fabrics. (pic#4) Is from an article about High Prairie Quilts in Denver and making kits. The kit shown is using Legacy Patterns Baked Potato and Tortilla Steamer pattern and corn fabric from RJR Fabrics. Super Big Thanks to AQR!

Went to Kansas City to see the grandkids this weekend and took them to Union Station to see the model train exhibit. Amazing details in this exhibit.

Back from Market
We are back from Spring Quilt Market and caught up on the shipping. I find that I return from market energized and with so many new ideas-now just need more hours in the day! Here are pics of the booth showcasing my new fabric line with RJR Fabrics. Redwork meets Bluework was very well received. Along with the new projects was the current BOM Letters Home. The last pic is the stitched ornaments designed with a Scandinavian theme. It was my way of honoring the area-many early settlers of the region came from the Scandinavian countries. We were in Minneapolis, MN.

Market is just around the corner
Just a little something I am working on for Spring Market! It is just around the corner. Can't wait to see all the new things that will be hitting the quilt shops soon. Watch for updates on new patterns and goodies I find at market.

Retreat with friends!
I spent a great weekend quilting with ladies from the Country Rose Quilt Guild. I was one of 10 ladies that started the group many years ago. Now that I live close again I am happy to be "home". It was great to reconnect with old friends and to make new ones. I look forward to a fun year.

Love it when people share!
Thanks to Suzanne Adler from Centerville, MA who participated in our first Legacy Club Little Big Quilts. She used brighter fabrics in her quilt. I love the black inside border print. It always makes me smile when I see what people do with my designs. It is not too late to sign up for this year's Legacy Club Letter's Home. You can follow the Love Story of Lizzy and Ian. The list of participating shops is on the website atwww.makingalegacy.com
Thanks for sharing Suzanne!
